What does the Relax treatment programme include?Response:
Relax treatment includes 1x initial doctor's appointment and 1x treatment per day.

What does the Savoy Intensive treatment program include?Response:
Savoy Intensive Treatment (SIT) includes 3x doctor's appointments (initial, follow-up and exit), 1x general lab and 3x treatments per day.

Is it possible to get a discount?Response:
It is possible to get a discount on early bookings (EARLY BIRD) or on non-refundable bookings (NON REFUND). Additional discounts are available through our Loyalty program.

Are massages included in the package?Response:
Massages are only included in some wellness packages.

Is parking available at the hotel and what is the cost?Response:
Parking in the monitored hotel area is possible for a fee of 25,-EUR/night/car. During the film festival period it is 30,-EUR/night/car and reservation is required.

Is it possible to schedule treatments in advance?Response:
Yes, it is possible to schedule treatments reasonably in advance. Preferably in writing to balneo@savoywestend.cz

Is pool and sauna access included in the room rate?Response:
Yes the room rate always includes free access to our wellness centre (pool, jacuzzi, saunas, relaxation zones, kneipp walkway and fitness centre)

What is the view from my room?Response:
The view depends on the room type you choose and which building the room is located on. You can check the view by calling +420 359 018 811 or +420 359 018 888

How far away is the colonnade and springs?Response:
The colonnade is 500 m from the hotel, approximately 10 minutes' walk.

How big is the pool and what is the temperature?Response:
The pool is 25m long and the temperature is always approx. 29°C

What kind of saunas are there in the hotel spa?Response:
There is a Finnish sauna and a hammam sauna.

Is there a hot tub/whirlpool?Response:
Yes, access to the jacuzzi is included in the room rate.

What are the opening hours of the Wellness?Response:
The wellness is open every day from 7:30 - 21:30

What are the opening hours of the bar?Response:
The lobby bar opens at 11:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?Response:
The restaurant is open every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Are pets allowed?Response:
Pets are welcome. The pet fee is 48,-EUR/animal/night. The fee includes bed, food, bowls and deep cleaning after departure.

Yes, one of the doctors is always available at the weekend.

Yes, all hotel rooms have air conditioning.

Yes, the hotel has its own playground accessible only to hotel guests.

Yes, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian meals can be arranged by prior arrangement; kosher or halal meals may be available.
