Notice of opening for the tender procedure

Hereby announces an open request for proposals and invites legal entities legally authorized to provide the required services to submit their proposals for the right to conclude a contract for the provision of outsourcing services for hotel staff in the following departments:

• Housekeeping Department
• F&B Department
• Balneo and SPA Department
• Transport Department
• Security Department

Partial fulfillment of the request is permitted. This means that commercial proposals can be prepared for only one specific department.

Commercial proposals must be delivered to the physical address of the Organizer no later than 6:00 PM (Czech time) on August 15, 2015.

This open request for proposals is not a public tender, and its procedure is not regulated by Act No. 137/2006 Coll. of the Czech Republic. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose any obligation on the Organizer to conclude a contract.
