Individual guests are awarded with points for no more than 1 room, when booking several rooms at the same
time.
Corporate guests are not awarded with points, but are offered the opportunity to accumulate nights with a subsequent increase in membership status. - Discount cannot be combined with hotel promotions and special offers.
- Early Check-in / Late Check-Out: Early check-in is valid for 3 (three) hours before the official check-in time. It is subject to availability of rooms and the ability to provide this service.
- Compliment from the hotel upon arrival: Complimentary option is at the discretion of the hotel.
- Free room upgrade: The service is subject to availability of rooms and the ability to provide this service. Requirements: Occupancy at the time of check-in is not more than 60% and availability of a vacant room "higher category".
