The program is available for 7, 10, 14 or 21 days. The minimum length of stay is 7 nights. For best results we recommend choosing a programme of 10 days or more. Our aim will be to improve your movement options under the guidance of our physiotherapists, to help you from spine and joint pain, to ensure prevention of further deterioration of disease and joints.
