PETS CONDITIONS
- Pets can only be accommodated with the hotel's consent.
- The owner is responsible for their pets at all times during their stay.
- The price for accommodation of pets is charged according to the valid price list.
- Pet owners are obligated to ensure that pets do not run loose outdoors out with no supervision and do not endanger the surroundings.
- The stay of pets must be announced and approved prior to arrival.
- The pets are not allowed to use the equipment intended for guests (beds, sofas, armchairs, blankets, etc.).
- The guest is obliged to clean up the excrement after the pets.
- The guest is responsible for any property damage caused by the pets.
- The pet owner or his/her authorized representative is obligated to pay for damages caused by the pets.
- The free movement of unmuzzled dogs on the premises is prohibited.
- Pets are strictly prohibited from entering in the restaurants, bar, wellness center, swimming pool, children's playground.
- Pets must always be kept on a leash when moving around the hotel and its surroundings and must be muzzled if the situation requires it.
- The owner is obliged to ensure that pets do not disturb other guests by barking or in any other way.
- Accommodation with pets is only possible in selected rooms, which are limited in capacity.
- In these cases, the guest acknowledges that the maintenance of the above-mentioned types of rooms and their cleaning is a time-consuming activity, and in the event of damage or excessive pollution of these rooms or their equipment, which will result in the impossibility of accommodating the next guest, there will be additional costs also charged.
