The card is issued for stays from 130 days during a year and gives the right to discount 20% for accommodation.

  • Individual guests are awarded with points for no more than 1 room, when booking several rooms at the same time.

    Corporate guests are not awarded with points, but are offered the opportunity to accumulate nights with a subsequent increase in membership status.
  • Discount cannot be combined with hotel promotions and special offers.
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-Out: Early check-in is valid for 3 (three) hours before the official check-in time. It is subject to availability of rooms and the ability to provide this service.
  • Compliment from the hotel upon arrival: Complimentary option is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Free room upgrade: The service is subject to availability of rooms and the ability to provide this service. Requirements: Occupancy at the time of check-in is not more than 60% and availability of a vacant room "higher category".
  • *The validity of the Loyalty Program is until 31.12.2022. After expiration of the validity, the membership status will downgrade to a lower level or be cancelled according to the management's decision.
